- This 3-day training is usually conducted over a Friday, Saturday and Sunday
- The revised curriculum has greater focus on lean UXD methods for agility and designing for mobile / small screen devices
- The first day focuses on understanding user experience and delivery processes of UXD. The afternoon is dedicated to understanding user requirements and UX strategy.
- The second day covers Information Architecture and Interaction Design (structuring information and work).
- The third day covers Navigation Design, Interface Design, Usability Best Practices and Information Design.
- All days have a hands-on approach to learn strategy, structure, rapid prototyping and interface visualization.
- This course has evolved over ten years. The curriculum is based on published research and internationally accepted best practices.

Payment Terms
- On receiving a filled nomination form, Design Incubator will provide the nominee with a Proforma Invoice via email.
- The Proforma Invoice will contain information about fees, due dates, applicable discounts if any and acceptable modes of payment.
- Payments are usually accepted via at par cheques, DDs, NEFT and IMPS transfers. Cheque payments have to be CTS 2010 compliant.
- Discounts on fees, if any, are valid only if the payments reach Design Incubator on or before the discount end dates mentioned in respective training schedules.
- Design Incubator does not allow credit, postdated cheques or partial payments of training fees. Admissions are provided on receipt of full payments only.
- Tax Invoices will be provided in-person to participants on the last day of training, or can be sent by email / post.
Rescheduling & Cancellation Terms
- Design Incubator shall try to ensure that the Training is conducted at the
pre-decided time and venue.
- In the unlikely event of change of dates of the training programme, Design Incubator shall contact participants and inform them of any such changes by email or by phone, subject to the participant providing proper contact details in advance.
Within three (3) working days of being notified of any date changes, participants can ask for a cancellation and full refunds, in case the changed dates are not convenient for them. If no cancellation is initiated within three (3) working days, Design Incubator shall assume that the participant accepts the change and is willing to participate. Any cancellations after three (3) working days shall be made with the same policies mentioned below.
- In the unlikely case where Design Incubator initiates a cancellation, any fees received from participants will be fully refunded.
- In case of corporate sponsored participants, if the sponsoring company wishes to change nominated participants; they may do so up to five (5) working days before the first day of the training.
- Participant / participant's sponsors wishing to cancel their reservation shall get a 50% refund of the payments actually received from them, provided cancellations are made by them 15 days prior to the first day of the training.
- No refunds shall be made if a participant / participant's sponsors cancel reservations less than 15 days before the first day of the Training
- No refunds will be made to participants who remain absent during the training sessions.
Other Terms & Conditions
- Concepts taught during Design Incubator's trainings are based on publshed literature, publically available knowhow, professional experiences from delivering design projects and generally accepted professional best practices. Design Incubator reviews and updates this knowledge form time to time and presents it on a good faith basis. However, Designn Incubator makes no warranties toward the utility nor provides garuntees about the accuracy of this knowledge. Participants are advised to use due diligence before putting such knowledge to practice in their own context.
- Training materials, including teaching materials, slides, presentations, lecture, talks, work samples, audio-visuals, notes, exercises and demonstrations are copyrighted materials belonging to Design Incubator. Reproduction, circulation or distribution of these materials in any form without explicit permission of Design Incubator is illegal and a punishable offence.
- Audio-video recording and photography of Design Incubator's training is strictly prohibited. Cameras, recorders, and other portable media are strictly prohibited due to security concerns and will not be allowed in the venue.
- Participants will be required to sign a form formalizing their agreement to the Terms & Conditions here on the day of the training during the registration process.
- All Participants, on registering, paying or attending the training session, undertake that they have read, understood, and agree to all the Terms & Conditions stated here.
